Water Assistance Program

CV Water Counts is a collaborative program among all of the valley's public water districts to help conserve water - our most precious resource. We invite you to learn more about the program... because Every Drop Counts!
Please visit CVWaterCounts.com for details and to access resources to help you save water. In addition to conservation, the public water districts in our valley have partnered with United Way of the Desert to provide the
Help2Others Assistance Program.

Help2Others PROGRAM OVERVIEW

In addition to the conservation efforts, CV Water Counts (made up of the water districts of the Coachalle Valley) and United Way of the Desert have teamed up to offer the Help2Others Assistance Program. The program will help eligible residential customers avoid water service shut-off due to non-payment of amounts owed to their water department. A maximum of up to $50.00 toward the actual amount owed is available to qualified residential customers once in a 12-month period.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM FUNDED?

Seed money for the Help2Others Assistance Program is provided by each of the valley's public water districts. In addition, anyone can make a tax-deductible donation directly into the program via United Way of the Desert. Payment can be processed online via credit card, by mailling a check to United Way of the Desert (P.O. Box 13210, Palm Desert, CA 92255), or calling (760) 323-2731.

Program availability is based on the amount of funding available. Your donation would help sustain the Help2Others Assistance Program.

Thank you for your support!
