Inland Southern California United Way (ISCUW) has served the region since 1931. Our mission is to unite people, ideas, and resources to empower our community and improve lives. We envision a caring community, an extraordinary place to live, learn, work, and grow. ISCUW’s service region covers most of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. We serve more than 460,000 households and 1 million people each year via more than 40 programs in Financial Stability, Housing, Education, and Health. Our largest programs are the Inland SoCal 211+ Contact Center, Rent Assistance, Coordinated-Entry System, and multiple initiatives and partnerships for Employment, Reentry, Youth, Families, Seniors, and more.

The Inland SoCal 211+ Contact Center empowers residents in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. 211 offers expert 24/7 multi-lingual omni-channel information, referrals, and services. Our 211 began in 2005 and is authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission. We now help more than 430,000 households and about 1 million people meet their needs for housing, healthcare, employment, system navigation, and much more. The 211 Contact Center is AIRS Accredited and operated by expert and compassionate Community Resource Advisors from our local community. There is round-the-clock help in English, Spanish, and 150 other languages. Residents can reach services via the toll-free, easy access number 2-1-1, or by texting their zip code to 898-211. We also have a robust Data & Research team curating more than 3,000 resources and analyzing our extensive data sets to support regional initiatives, research, and policy.
